SUN-3K-SG04LP1-EU | 3kW | Single Phase | 1 MPPT | Hybrid Solar Inverter | LV Battery Supported(24 V System)

SUN 3K-SG,hybrid solar inverter, is suitable for residential and light commercial use, maximizing self-consumption rate of solar energy and increasing your energy impendence.   During the day, the PV system generates electricity which will be provided to the loads initially. Then, the excess energy will charge the battery via SUN 3K-SG. Finally, the stored energy can be released when the loads require it. The battery can also be charged by the diesel generator to ensure uninterrupted supply in the event of grid blackout.

It equipped with RS485/CAN port for battery communication

  • Colorful touch LCD, IP65 protection degree
  • AC couple to retrofifit existing solar system
  • Max. 16 pcs parallel for on-grid and off-grid
    operation; Support multiple batteries parallel
  • Max. charging/discharging current of 140A
  • 6 time periods for battery charging/discharging
  • Support storing energy from diesel generator

Solar Subsidy

Solar Subsidy is provided under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana programme by Govt of India. This subsidy programme is monitored and executed by MNRE-Ministry of New and Renewable Energy. You may apply for solar subsidy by login to National Portal for Rooftop Solar

A hybrid inverter is an advanced, all-in-one solar inverter solution that combines the functions of a traditional solar inverter and a battery inverter. Ideal for homeowners and businesses looking to optimize their solar energy system, a hybrid inverter allows you to both convert DC electricity from solar panels to AC power for use and store excess energy in solar batteries for later use. This technology enables greater energy independence, ensures backup power during grid outages, and helps reduce electricity costs by using stored energy during high-demand periods. Hybrid inverters are fully compatible with solar battery systems, making them perfect for off-grid and grid-tied installations. When selecting a hybrid inverter, factors like battery compatibility, system efficiency, warranty, and scalability are essential to ensure optimal performance and long-term savings. As the demand for sustainable and reliable energy solutions grows, a hybrid solar inverter is becoming an increasingly popular choice for maximizing solar energy production and storage, ultimately offering a high return on investment.

About Adani Solar

1. What makes Adani Solar panels different from other solar brands?

Adani Solar is India’s first and largest vertically-integrated solar PV manufacturer, handling the full value chain - from metallurgical-grade silicon, ingots, wafers, cells to modules - all within its manufacturing ecosystem in Mundra.

Additionally, their modules are ranked Top Performer for 7 years running by independent lab Kiwa PVEL.

These aspects contribute to quality, reliability and bankability of the brand.

2. What efficiency, warranty and technologies do Adani Solar panels offer?

Adani Solar’s modules currently offer efficiencies around 21-22% for MonoPERC / TOPCon technologies.

Warranty details: product warranty (typically ~12 years) and performance warranty (e.g., ~25 years) for most of the models.

Example: The company’s warranty-certificate page allows serial-number lookup. Visit official website for that.

3. How much do Adani Solar panels cost in India, and are subsidies available?

Approximate indicative system costs: for example, a 1 kW system may cost around ₹62,000, a 10 kW around ₹4,20,000 (excluding inverter/installation) depending on region and vendor.

Yes—rooftop solar schemes supported by the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) and state governments can provide subsidies/incentives which make Adani Solar panels more affordable.

4. Are Adani Solar panels suitable for rooftop installations in India (residential/commercial)?

Yes. Their high cell or module efficiencies, durability (salt-mist, weather conditions), and authorised channel partner network make them suitable for residential rooftops, commercial buildings and industrial use.

They also have strong after-sales support in India.

However, as with any system, correct sizing, orientation, installation and maintenance matter for optimum performance.
