The IQ System Controller 3 INT is only required if backup is needed and it connects the home to grid power, the IQ Batteries, and solar PV with microinverters. It provides microgrid interconnect device (MID) functionality by automatically detecting and seamlessly transitioning the home energy system from grid power to backup power in the event of a grid failure.
The Enphase IQ System Controller 3 INT consolidates interconnection equipment and the communication gateway into a single enclosure and streamlines the grid-independent capabilities of PV and storage installations by providing a consistent, pre-wired solution for residential or domestic applications.

About Adani Solar
1. What makes Adani Solar panels different from other solar brands?
Adani Solar is India’s first and largest vertically-integrated solar PV manufacturer, handling the full value chain - from metallurgical-grade silicon, ingots, wafers, cells to modules - all within its manufacturing ecosystem in Mundra.
Additionally, their modules are ranked Top Performer for 7 years running by independent lab Kiwa PVEL.
These aspects contribute to quality, reliability and bankability of the brand.
2. What efficiency, warranty and technologies do Adani Solar panels offer?
Adani Solar’s modules currently offer efficiencies around 21-22% for MonoPERC / TOPCon technologies.
Warranty details: product warranty (typically ~12 years) and performance warranty (e.g., ~25 years) for most of the models.
Example: The company’s warranty-certificate page allows serial-number lookup. Visit official website for that.
3. How much do Adani Solar panels cost in India, and are subsidies available?
Approximate indicative system costs: for example, a 1 kW system may cost around ₹62,000, a 10 kW around ₹4,20,000 (excluding inverter/installation) depending on region and vendor.
Yes—rooftop solar schemes supported by the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) and state governments can provide subsidies/incentives which make Adani Solar panels more affordable.
4. Are Adani Solar panels suitable for rooftop installations in India (residential/commercial)?
Yes. Their high cell or module efficiencies, durability (salt-mist, weather conditions), and authorised channel partner network make them suitable for residential rooftops, commercial buildings and industrial use.
They also have strong after-sales support in India.
However, as with any system, correct sizing, orientation, installation and maintenance matter for optimum performance.
